Nutritious Home Delivered Meals are for individuals, 60 years of age and older, who are physically disabled, homebound, or otherwise isolated and unable to prepare his/her own meal. This includes emergency meals to these individuals when meal delivery is suspended due to inclement winter weather. In addition to receiving a regular nutritious mel, individuals also receive a check on their safety and well-being by our caring meal drivers. Current Menu

Personal Care consists of trained aides coming to the individual's home to provide assistance with bathing, grooming, preparing meals, changing linens, helping with laundry, cleaning the home, providing emothional support and other care that assures the personal hygiene and safety of the individual.

Home Support provides services for basic upkeep and management of the home such as, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation and light housekeeping.

Respite Care provides support to the 24 hour caregivers in the home. It temporarily allows the caregiver to take care of themselves. This arrangement helps maintain their ability to continue caring for the consumer at home.

Personal Assistance for physically limited individuals, aged 60 and older, provides traditional homemaker service tasks and "hands on" personal care, such as assistance with getting in and out of bed, walking, eating, bathing, and dressing.

The Federal and State Family Caregiver Support Programs provide services to help reduce the stress and burden for consumers and caregivers. Flexibility in the delivery of services allows the caregiver or the consumer to purchase allowable supplies or pay for the cost for in-home care. Reimbursement for expenses depends on a consumer's own situation. These programs can also include payment for the purchase of needed equipment and minor renovations to the home.
