HOME DELIVERED MEALS

Home delivered meals are provided to functionally-limited individuals who lack reliable sources of regular nutrition. Meals are delivered to the homes of persons who are unable to attend Senior Community Centers for congregate meals. The number of meals delivered are planned according to the consumer’s particular need.

The Agency also provides emergency meals to home bound meal recipients for use on days when the Agency is forced to suspend meal delivery due to inclement winter weather and hazardous road conditions. These meals consist of canned and packaged goods that have instructions explaining how, why and when the meals should be consumed.
