PALS - Phones Assure a Link to Security was designed to contact disabled and homebound persons daily to provide reassurance of their well-being.  If the phone is not answered within 30 minutes of a prearranged time, an emergency plan will go into effect.  For more information, please call Nancy Miller at 1-814-445-8506.
